Kirton Brass Band

New Players Welcome

Following the long Covid-19 lockdown and the curtailing of brass band activities, Kirton Brass Band are fully back in action. We are delighted to welcome Andy Scott as our new Musical Director who brings with him a vast array of skills along with an ability to teach and guide in a way that improves the band's performance minute-by-minute. He comes to us after a long career in the RAF and is currently still fulfilling leading roles with the Salvation Army Band.

What better time to think about joining us? Whatever instrument you play, Kirton Brass Band welcomes you. Don't draw any conclusions in the fact that we don't compete...this is a choice issue for us but you can be assured that Andy and the band strive at all times to produce a full sound through our 30 or so players and, with his guidance and our committment to excellence, not one note is wasted!

About Kirton Brass Band

Kirton Brass Band meets every Thursday evening between 7.30pm and 9.30pm in our band-room at The Methodist Church Hall, London Road in Kirton, near Boston in Lincolnshire.

We are a non-competing band, by choice, as our wide-ranging list of engagements throughout the year brings with it its own set of demands on our skill and versatility.

We are committee led but family orientated giving all band members an opportunity to express opinions and drive ideas forward in a positive way at all times.
